We will cover: 

• Setting yourself up for success: project choices for beginning knitters

• Don't be fooled by the pretties: Choosing the right yarn for your project

• Filling your toolbox: knitting equipment options and what it is for

• Basic knitting techniques: casting on, knit stitch, purl stitch, and casting off

• Getting started with your first project! Beginning your make-and-take project that you can continue to work on yourself!
